- Briefing archive: searchable history of all past briefings
Growth — $36,000/yr
For credit unions with $1B to $5B in assets.
Everything in Core, plus:
- Mandatory two-factor authentication (TOTP)
- SAML 2.0 SSO with Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Google Workspace
- SCIM 2.0 for automated Seat provisioning and de-provisioning
- The Chart: strategic plan tracking with KPIs, initiatives, and quarterly progress narratives
- Examiner role: time-limited, view-only access for NCUA examiners
- Dedicated onboarding support
Enterprise — custom pricing
For credit unions over $5B in assets and multi-charter networks.
Everything in Growth, plus:
- Custom contract terms
- SLA with uptime commitments
- Dedicated account management
- Quarterly business reviews
- Volume pricing for multi-charter networks

Free trial
Starter and Core plans begin with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, but a card is collected at checkout and charged on day 31 unless you cancel before then.
Growth and Enterprise plans begin with a paid pilot. Contact sales to arrange.
Billing
- All plans are billed annually
- Billing period runs from the date of your first charge, not the calendar year
- Invoices are sent by email; you can also download them from your Hub's billing page
- Payment is processed by Stripe. HelmXP does not store card numbers.
Changing plans
You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. See [[cancelling-or-changing-your-plan]] for the full process.
What is not included
- Board portal delivery (Diligent, OnBoard, Aprio, BoardPaq) — HelmXP exports to these portals; subscriptions to those services are separate
- Data integrations beyond CSV and SFTP file drops at Starter/Core — vendor OAuth connections are on the Growth roadmap
- Custom branding beyond your credit union's name and logo — white-label is not available at MVP
